Discipline
Leveaux classes are built on a contemporary spin on classical pilates, renowned for its emphasis on improving strength, balance, posture and flexibility.
Equipment
Our studio is equipped with 10 brand new, state-of-the-art Professional V2 Max Pilates Reformers by Merrithew. Please read class descriptions carefully to confirm preferred format.
Classes
Daily full-body Pilates classes are available at three experience levels. All classes will target full muscle groups (curriculum and timing determined by the assigned teacher). And solo/couple sessions can be booked by request, pending availability.
Our Community

Teachers

Meet Alexa, Founder of Leveaux Pilates
In over ten years of dedicated practice up and down the west coast, I learned what I loved most about Pilates. The classes, customized to a high degree of difficulty when I was ready for it. The teachers, physically intuitive and skilled in communicating with students. The environment, a curated experience to support my body, heart, mind.
In moving to the east coast, I looked high and low in search of a Pilates community that mirrored these principles–before deciding to plant the seed of something new.
It’s about refinement.
